The discipline
Sanda (or Sanshou) is Chinese free-fighting boxing. It combines punches, kicks and throws, making it one of the most complete stand-up combat sports.
Qingda is its light-contact version: ideal for beginners, for children and for anyone who wants to improve their technique without seeking impact.
