Clean criminal record — membership requirement

All members of World Bricpol Sport Academy must have a clean criminal record, whatever they practise: leisure, cardio or boxing, as well as competition and training.

When creating their account, every member certifies on their honour that they meet this requirement. The club reserves the right to request an extract from the criminal record at any time and to suspend or exclude, without refund, any member who has made a false declaration.

Club rules

Respect for the coaches, training partners and premises.
Standard membership: up to 2 group classes a week. The unlimited classes or competition option gives access to unlimited classes. Single-class plans (Mini-Ninja, Tai-Chi, Cardio-Box): 1 class a week in the class of the plan.
Clean kit and suitable protective equipment are compulsory.
The techniques learnt may only be used in training or in legitimate self-defence.
Minors are registered by their legal guardian.

General terms and conditions of sale

Memberships

Memberships (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) are payable in advance. They include group classes and access to the training videos for the chosen period. The price depends on the member's age (Child up to 11, Teen from 12 to 17, Adult from 18); the club may ask for ID. The “Teen · Student · IPA” rates for adults and the “Law enforcement” rate are subject to approval of proof. A membership can also be paid at the club (membership fee); access is then activated by the administration.

Trial classes, private lessons and seminars

Bookings are confirmed after online payment. Cancellation and postponement terms: to be completed.

Shop

Purchases in the shop are governed by its general terms and conditions of sale (ordering, delivery, returns, warranty, gift cards).

Equipment is sold in partnership with Combat Corner. Orders can be collected free of charge at the club or sent by parcel (shipping costs shown before payment). Returns and exchange terms: to be completed.

Payment

Online payments are processed by our secure payment provider. No bank details are stored on our servers. Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF), including VAT.

Data protection

Personal data is used to manage memberships, bookings, payments, orders and applications, in accordance with the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). It is neither sold nor used for advertising purposes. Only the service providers needed for the service have access to it, as far as they are concerned: the host (OVHcloud), the payment providers (PayPal, Stripe) and, for direct delivery, the shop supplier.
